WHAT?

My Goal is to use my time wisely,have the right resources and be ready to learn
.
SO WHAT?

  • My strengths are use my time wisely,have the right resources and be ready to learn in being a because  I do that a lot and then i don't want other people learning time
  • I have achieved my Bronze certificate.
  • I have almost achieved my Silver certificate.

NOW WHAT?

  • I am going to work towards My silver Because I think I will be able to get It before the end of the year
  • I am going to do this by The End of the year or before the end of the ear

Art Attack

Art Attack Blog, Week 5, term 3





WHAT? With Mr Forman I learned about colour and complementary colours.


For art attack my goal was to produce a piece of art related to our local landscape using either paint, water colour or pastel.



SO WHAT? What you learned from each teacher’s lesson. In Mrs Marsh's class we learned that when you learn to draw landscapes the objects in the foreground look bigger than the ones on the background.

NOW WHAT? I would like to get better at …( showing foreground, mid ground and background

Title Athletics WALT we are learning to do the scissor kick I learned that you need to do the scissor kick over the bar Here is an example of my learning we need to jump and scissor kick over the bar Next time I will jump higher

Mosaic Art

WALT: Create a mosaic picture using pastel and Indian Ink.

I learned it is hard to finish all the pastel and Indian Ink

Here is a example of my learning: I have drawn a butterfly 

Next time I will do it fast and get it done and work harder to finish on time

My Mihi

WALT: Introduce ourselves in Maori.

I learned to pronounce words correctly.

My best sentence is No Otautahi ahau.

I achieved my goal because I can say the words properly.

Next time I will learn more Maori words.

Reading

WALT: Infer meaning from the text.

I learned I use clues in the text.

I achieved my goal because I use pictures from the text.

Next time I will look for emotions and punctuation to give clues.`

Cross Country.

WALT  run 1.5 km for cross country.

I learned that it hard running 1.5 km.
I achieved my goals by trying my best by running 1.5 km.                                                                             My next step for next year is run all the way.

ANZAC Week Term 2 Week 1

This Week I have really enjoyed ANZAC reading because I got in the pit and  got out of the pit. I would like learning more about more animals in the war because I like learning about ANZAC.

WALT: To write instructions that are easy for the reader to follow.

SUCCESS CRITERIA: I will know I have achieved the WALT when the reader  can play Snakes and Ladders correctly by following my instructions.






T4 Maths- multiplication

WALT: use maths equipment to show what a multiplication (times) equation looks like

Signs of Success
*I can say that x (times) means GROUPS OF or LOTS OF
*I can say how many lots of there are
*My equipment shows the correct number of groups
*I can skip count on the equipment to solve the problem
*I know that 3x5 looks different to 5x3 with equipment

"My Blocks show 5 lots of 2 (5x2)".


T4 Reading

WALT: Work out hard words in reading

Signs of Success:
*Look for chunks in the word that I know
*stretch out the sounds like bubble gum
*think about what would make sense there and start like that word

*make the beginning sound

"I am learning to stretch out a word so I will know what it says".


T4 PE Sprinting

WALT SPRINT- as part of athletics
Signs of Success
*Warm up your muscles
*Be ready with your age group
*At the start, come up to the start line hen you hear "Ready,  Set..."
*at "GO!" run as fast as you can
*Stay in your lane

"When you sprint, you push your arms so that you go fast."


T3 Maths

My payload is a large teddy. It is a little bit too heavy.
